UKCAPSA Co Founder and Director, Morag Webster talks about the importance of professional Celebrant training and accreditation

Morag Webster,
UKCAPSA Co Founder and Director

When I embarked on training to become a Celebrant in early 2012, I hadn’t anticipated leaving my beloved role as an established interior designer, managing a thriving business. However, upon completing my training, I felt compelled to pursue a new direction in life.

Joining Anne as she launched
Fuze Ceremonies, I resonated with her vision of elevating the professionalism and standards among Celebrants.

Having come from an industry where training was conducted by seasoned professionals, I understood the significance of receiving training from not only an experienced Celebrant, but also a good trainer. It guarantees authenticity and ensures that the course content remains current and relevant over time.

We soon recognised the importance of having our training course accredited by an official authority. Not only does accreditation provide trainees with the confidence that they are receiving accredited training from a professional organisation, but it also assures clients that the Celebrant they engage has undergone training of the highest standards.
