With this in mind we’ve worked with industry professionals who have over 30 years experience, to help us develop a masterclass in Perfecting Video Meetings – Engaging with customers in a virtual world.
The two hour masterclass will give you an emotionally-intelligent set of tools to use to help you prepare for meeting your customers and colleagues online and to adapt your approach and techniques to get the best result you can out of your video meeting.

STEP 2: You to return the completed questionnaire at least 3 days before the mastercalss – this will help us prepare and add any additional content.
STEP 3: We’ll send you a ‘top tips’ masterclass document to help improve your technical ability with video calling. Read and watch the video links provided before attending the mastercalss.
STEP 4: We’ll send you a link to join a video meeting for your chosen date and time.
STEP 5: Join the masterclass on your chosen date/time and afterwards you’ll be Perfecting Video Meetings for Sales in no time.
